In Norway the change of seasons has a decisive impact on the environment.
The long and harsh winter is lethal for most flowers and small plants.
The summer season is short but offers many hours of light, so that the species reborn in a short and intense existence.
It is important to identify for each species the exact moment in which the maximum potential is reached before the decay begins.
The inherent potential of plants is vital given the poverty of edible flora.
There are just few who hold this kind of knowledge, often living in rural and remote areas.
The images collected until now will be put together with writings, illustrations and notes
to create an archive of the various species.
The plants, collected and dried, will be mixed and combined with others in different infusions that will be used in a second phase of the project.
